Auction House Results: Week Commencing 16th September 2013

Last week Auction House North Lincolnshire, North Nottinghamshire & South Yorkshire hosted a property auction at Gainsborough Golf Club. Of the 16 lots on offer, 11 were sold representing a total of 69 per cent.

Alongside the 7 lots sold in the room, 3 were sold prior to the auction and a further lot was sold after the auction raising a total of £1,267,500.

Among the highlights of the lots sold was a residential property set in 1.75 acres of land in Nottinghamshire which sold for £225,000. Another was a six-room house in South Yorkshire which exceeded the guide price when it sold for £170,000.

Among the unsold lots were a former bingo hall with development potential in Gainsborough with a guide price of £50,000 – £75,000, and a freehold building plot near Worksop with a guide price of £30,000 – £40,000. Interested parties should refer to the auctioneer.
