Auction House Results: Week Commencing 22nd July 2013

Posted on 29 July, 2013 by admin

Eight auctions were held across the country last week by Auction House. One was on both Monday and Tuesday, two on Wednesday, three on Thursday and finally one finished the week off on Friday.

The eight auctions raised an impressive amount of £20 million and over.

Thursday was a particular good day for Auction House as two auctions raised significant amounts. In Norwich, almost £4 million was raised when 25 out of 36 lots were sold. Whilst later that day, over in London of the 31 lots that were offered, 18 sold that day and nine were sold before the auction. A total of £9.6 million was raised from this auction alone, which is a phenomenal amount.

Overall it was a very impressive week last week for Auction House, but Movehut are sure next week will be just as good, if not better. The first auction for the week will be held tonight at 19:00 at Engineers’ House, The Promenade in Bristol.  Click here for more information and which lots are available.
