Last week Auction House held two auctions. Both were held in the North of England in Leeds and Newcastle.
Both auctions attracted plenty of bidders and sold over 70 per cent of properties. In Leeds, at Elland Road 43 lots were sold in total out of a possible 61, with three of those selling prior to the auction. In total over £2.6 million was raised at this auction alone.
Over in Newcastle, ten of the 13 lots were sold, raising over half a million pounds.
Again it was another fantastic week for Auction House; we wonder what is in store for auctions this week.
