Leicester based property and facilities management company, Bellrock, has secured the letting of a Yeadon shop on behalf of Johnson Cleaners UK Limited.
Bellrock has let the 434 sq ft ground floor retail unit on an Internal Repairing & Insuring Sublease to a private individual.
The sublease is for a term until 24 March 2016, with a rent free period of four weeks from the commencement of the term.
The annual rent is £5,500 and the rateable value of the property is £7,200 with business rates payable set at £3,456 per annum for the period 2015/16.
Yeadon is a small town approximately eight miles North West of Leeds. The unit is located on the High Street at the heart of the town’s shopping district, in a prime position adjacent to Town Hall Square, which is home to a regular market.
The property provides a well-proportioned retail area, along with a rear stock room, benefitting from rear servicing.
