A chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ experience working for some of the country’s most prominent real estate businesses, Roseff recently worked for four years as a senior tax manager at Saffery Champness’ Yorkshire practice and has also had spells with two other leading business advisory firms.

As a senior manager, he spent three-and-a-half years with EY from 2000 to 2003. Roseff’s new brief is to develop his team’s service and ensure investors, developers, lenders, construction businesses and owner occupiers manage their tax affairs efficiently.

An experienced commercial and rural surveyor, who also specialises in compulsory purchase, he is joining the Great George Street team from Savills. “Bristol is an exciting city with fantastic opportunities for growth so it’s a great time to be part of the fast expanding office,” said Smale.

Clarke Willmott — which has made 30 new appointments over the past year to its Southampton office — has now added two new members to its Hampshire commercial property team. Andrew Cooper, who joins as a partner, has previously worked as a consultant solicitor at Keystone Law., and Nardip Bhamra, is a solicitor specialising in development and commercial property matters.
