Westcountry House is on the Threemilestone estate on the outskirts of Truro, a popular location with businesses due to its proximity to both Truro and the main A30 trunk road at Chiverton Cross.

“Westcountry House was built in the 1980’s” reports Alan Treloar of Vickery Holman’s Truro Office. And though still in satisfactory condition our client decided to modernise it to future proof their investment for the foreseeable future.”

“The works mean that the space is as good as any modern space around and this property also has the benefit of good levels of parking”.

Vickery Holman – which has offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Truro – is now promoting the ground floor of the property which is available to let.

This comprises 1,222 sq ft of space and benefits from parking for around 8 cars. A rental of £12,500 per annum is being quoted.
