The single-storey property, measuring 1,178 sq ft, was offered at an asking rent of £8,750 per anum.  It benefits from access directly from the A390 Holmbush Road and offers parking for several vehicles. It also has a range of outbuildings and a garden.

Speaking about the successful deal Neil Stubbs, of Vickery Holman, said: “Following a number of viewings as offices we received an enquiry from a funeral director.

“The premises suited them well and following a successful change of use application we completed the lease.

“Having successfully completed a number of similar transactions we are low on stock, therefore if you have a commercial property to let or sell in Cornwall we would be delighted to hear from you.”

Vickery Holman has offices in Truro, Plymouth and Exeter.
