Colliers International has let a further two office suites at Bristol’s King William House, on behalf of Scarborough Group International, leaving just one suite available.
The former potato factory, on the eastern side of Queen Square, has been converted to provide open plan accommodation, and was recently refurbished to give the property a more contemporary feel.
Recruitment firm Henry Nicholas, has taken the 2,487 sq ft Suite B on the second floor on a five year lease, while Quartz Insurance Brokers has taken 563 sq ft in Suite C. Following the latest lettings, only the 2,585 sq ft top floor suite remains available.
Alfie Passingham, of Colliers International, believes a combination of the property’s location and its unique accommodation, is responsible for the flurry of interest from businesses.
“King William House is proving to be a popular destination for occupiers as it offers space that is different from the norm on Queen Street,” he said. “The number of recent enquiries suggests that the remaining space will not be around for much longer.”
Simon McCabe, Director of Scarborough Group International, added: “These lettings emphasise the continued demand for high quality office space in Bristol.
“We now have only one suite remaining and we are confident that this will be let shortly to another reliable and high-quality tenant.”
King William House is being marketed by joint agents Colliers International and JLL. Henry Nicholas was represented by Williams Gunter Hardwick.
