It has been a great year so far for one of our agents, Third Sector Property (TSP) after a very successful rebrand last year. To celebrate their success, TSP held a breakfast event for their clients, supports and the press on the 3rd September to learn about some of their highlights over the year.

Zac Goodman, TSP Partner

In the nine months so far TSP have generated 54 acquisitions which covers a total of 362,000 sq. ft. of commercial properties. Of which, 62 per cent of these were in the London area. As well as estate agency, TSP also covers professional services. So far this year the company has completed 61 of these which include 41 per cent lease renewals, 25 per cent dilapidation negotiations, 22 per cent valuations and 12 per cent of rent reviews.

Finally TSP also manages a number of properties, of which these have increased to an incredible 1500 this year.

So what is next on the cards for TSP? With the company growing and growing, a new office is definitely the next move. TSP will move into their new office, which is twice as big as their current one in October of this year.

Zac Goodman, TSP Partner spoke of the exciting year so far and future plans.

He said: “We’ve quite literally run out of space, so our new office is not only necessary but reflects our ambition of doubling in size over the next 3 years as we continue to bring in professionals across each Agency, Professional and Management department, whilst continuing to deliver on our company’s ethos to exceed our clients’ expectation, every time.”
