Avida Land recognised at Asia Pacific Property Awards

Avida Land, a leading development company known for its thoughtful approach to its projects, was recognised at the recently-held Asia Pacific Property Awards 2014-2015. This is the second year in a row that the company has won awards.

Avida was recognised in three categories:

  • Best Development Marketing in the Philippines for Avida Towers Vita
  • Highly Commended Residential High-rise Development in the Philippines for Avida Towers Asten
  • Highly Commended Mixed-use Development in the Philippines for Serin West Tagaytay and Avida Towers Atria and Avida Storeys Atria

Avida Towers Vita is a mixed use, sustainable development in Quezon City. The project is the first residential condominium development to be constructed in Vertis North and its strategic location is meant to the the “gateway to the north.”

Serin West Tagaytay is the developer’s first mixed-use development in what has been described as a “sought-after leisure location.” The development was designed to blend in with the natural surroundings, which are complemented by amenities so that residents can relax and enjoy themselves, and an integrated commercial area.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards recognise achievement by companies in all sectors of the property industry. The awards have been handed out since 1995 and are recognised worldwide as a mark of excellence for property developers; it means they continue to uphold the industry’s international standards.
