The firm’s headquarters will be on the second floor of the Kohn Pederson Fox designed building and will occupy a total of 26,150 sq ft.

Broadgate Estates, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Land, is the UK’s leading property management company and manages British Land’s portfolio, including the 30 acre Broadgate Estate.

The company has a wider client base across the office, retail and residential sectors and also manages the Kings Cross and More London developments. Recently it has assumed management of Drake Circus, British Land’s 425,000 sq ft shopping centre in Plymouth.

CEO of Broadgate Estates, Steve Whyman, said: “The relocation of Broadgate Estates’ headquarters to a larger space at Paddington Central reflects the very strong growth of our company’s business.

“British Land has ambitious plans for Paddington Central, and we are pleased to be joining the campus at this stage of its development”.

British Land is one of Europe’s largest publicly listed real estate companies with total assets, owned or managed, in the UK valued at £19 billion.
