An open day is hosted by the Thames Valley housing on 12th February on Saturday at the iconic St George’s Grove residential development in Tooting, SW17.

Interested buyers who are key workers in Wands worth and St Georges Trust borough employees will have the chance to converse to the sales team of the process of buying a new home and shared ownership buying model with Thames Valley Housing.

St George’s Grove is an improvement of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in calm areas near the centre of Tooting. Costs of these modern, yet reasonable, apartments at St George’s Grove begin from £57,750 for a 30 percent share in a 1 bedroom apartment priced at £192,500.

Head of Sales and Marketing for Thames Valley Housing, Kush Rawal, says: “We’ve had a significant number of pre-registrations, so we are excited to now discuss options with prospective buyers.

He further adds, “St George’s Grove properties are extremely sought after given the development’s desirable location between the prosperous areas of Wands worth and Wimbledon, and the high class requirement that is identical with the Thames Valley brand”.

Tooting is a growing and vibrant area, with local independent boutiques, shops, bars and cafes. There are a range of restaurants in the local area to suit different tastes, from South Asian to Indian to Spanish to Italian. For shopping, Southside Shopping Centre, Tooting High Street, and Centre Court Shopping Centre are all within easy reach.
