The open plan offices will have 77,102 sq ft and 27,211 sq ft worth of space and spread over 3 storeys. Goodman own and manage the business park, with residents including Mondelez International, Amgen and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Development director at Goodman UK Business Parks, James Raven, sees it as a great opportunity, commenting: “As the UK economy continues to gather pace, we are seeing an increase in demand for new premium office space, particularly in the Thames Valley, as well as a recognition that having an excellent working environment is the key to attracting and retaining the best staff.

“The development of these two exceptional offices at Uxbridge Business Park is a major investment for the park and the local area.

“The unique combination of accessibility and proximity to the town centre, together with its impressive landscaped setting, make the park a great place for a range of business customers”.

The business park is situated 17 miles from central London and is within walking distance of Uxbridge underground station, and is a total of 71 acres.

Both offices will aim for a BREEAM rating of Very Good (2011) and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B.
