The tenth and final arrival is homeware and gift specialist HomeSense, which has taken a 10,000 sq ft unit at the 105,000 sq ft development.

The latest occupier completes a tenant line-up comprising TK Maxx, Nike, Mountain Warehouse, Evans Cycles, Majestic, Frankie & Benny’s, Bella Italia, Costa Coffee and Tesco.

The development’s modern design, public art and mature landscaping combine to meet the demand for convenient retail space with a contemporary and attractive retail park

The retail destination benefits from its convenient location just off the M4, adjacent to the planned Crossrail station which is currently under construction. A new junction onto the A4, which runs parallel to the M4, will ensure a significant flow of traffic between Maidenhead and Slough, adding to its already excellent accessibility.

Polly Troughton, Head of Retail Parks at Land Securities, said: “We’re delighted that Bishop Centre, Taplow is now fully let.

“With its contemporary architecture, unrivalled accessibility, wide catchment in South Buckinghamshire, and first-class retail and leisure offer, Bishop Centre perfectly fits our strategic themes of dominance, experience and convenience, and is well positioned to thrive.”
