Sturdy brings over 18 years of commercial property experience, with a 12 year stint at Rockspring prior to joining Mayfair Capital. He also had six years at CBRE as a national investment agent, where he was elected a member of the RICS in 1999.

Laura Sweet (below) arrives at Mayfair following four years at Lambert Smith Hampton, the last two of which she spent as a member of the capital markets team. As Asset Manager, her prime responsibility will be assisting with investment activities and asset management initiatives on two of Mayfair Capital’s advisory mandates, the MCPUT and MCCPT.
