The 45,000 sq ft wellness centre will be operated by the One Healthcare Group and will provide state-of-the-art facilities for a range of services including consulting, diagnostics and treatment.

One Healthcare Management has been responsible for the development and operation of over 50 healthcare centres throughout the UK, and chose Prime Four Business Park on account of its excellent location and the extensive amenities found on site.

Managing Director for Drum Group, Graeme Bone, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with One Healthcare to Prime Four, and, pending the relevant consents, to be building the first new wellness centre in Aberdeen in 25 years.

“The new venture will deliver real benefits for residents of Aberdeen and the surrounding area.

“Despite the challenging market conditions currently facing the area, we continue to experience strong interest in Prime Four and this demonstration of commitment to Aberdeen by One Healthcare follows hard on the heels of LR Energy’s decision to establish a new UK base at the park and adds to Prime Four’s reputation as an international-class working environment and global hub for the energy and services industry”.

“Prime Four will continue to play a major role in generating hugely significant economic activity for the North East of Scotland well into the foreseeable future”.

Adrian Stevenson, Chief Executive of One Healthcare, said: “Our objective is to provide the very best level of care, delivered by leading consultants, in state-of-the-art, well equipped and purpose-built healthcare facilities.

“We understand the needs of our customers, and offer an unrivalled care package, delivered by experienced and empathetic care teams”.

Subject to planning permission, construction of the new facility is due to commence before the end of the year.
