Skanska announces latest Norwegian contract

Skanska has entered into a contract with Harald Kværner Eiendom AS to build a commercial property and a parking garage in Jessheim, Norway. The value of the contract is US $42.81M. The work will start in May and the project is expected to be completed in March 2017.

Skanska announces latest Norwegian contract

This contract, which will be included in order booking for Skanska Norway in the second quarter of this year, is for the construction of six new six-storey buildings providing office and retail space. The project, which will encompass a total area of approximately 538,000 sq ft, will also include a parking garage.

Skanska Norway focuses on construction and civil engineering projects along with commercial, residential and public-private partnership (PPP) projects in Norway. Last year, Skanska Norway reported revenues of US $1.73 billion.
