TechSpace Announces Opening of New Office in Cosa Mesa, California

National office space and technology services firm TechSpace has announced plans to open new offices in Costa Mesa. The 30,000 office spaces will be located in the California Bank & Trust Building and is expected to be ready to welcome its first commercial tenants this summer.

The Cosa Mesa office is the company’s sixth location. TechSpace already has established offices in Aliso Viejo, New York, and Los Angeles. It will offer 50 office suites, 150 workspaces with modern furniture, and reception services to tenants. Commercial tenants who are looking for an arrangement where they can rent space to present a professional image on a short-term lease make up TechSpace’s target market.

This company can offer interconnecting offices to its tenants, including conference rooms, voice telecommunications, a private fire-walled data network, and Internet service is available on site. Office suites are scalable to meet the needs of the tenants as their business needs grow.

With the number of home-based businesses starting up in recent years, TechSpace offering office space specifically geared to the needs of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) makes good sense. A business owner who wants or needs to move away from home as a next step to grow the enterprise is understandably cautious about committing to a long-term lease.

Since TechSpace gives business owners the flexibility to rent office space without a long-term commitment, more prospective tenants may be interested in renting space in the new office when it opens its doors. This is a win-win situation for TechSpace and the commercial tenants it serves as well, and one which more commercial property landlords which may want to consider adopting to attract more prospective tenants.
