Tom Howley chooses The South Kensington Estate for second London Showroom

Tom Howley, the bespoke kitchens brand, has agreed a ten year lease on a property at 72 Fulham Road SW3, The South Kensington Estate has confirmed.

The new showroom, which is due to open in March 2015, will be Tom Howley’s second store in London and the eighth in the UK.

Ed Warrick, from the Property and Infrastructure team at The Wellcome Trust, the owners of The South Kensington Estate, believes the prime location and the premium brand are an ideal combination.

“Tom Howley is a wonderful addition to the specialist interior furniture stores, for which the Fulham Road is world renowned,” he said.

“We carefully select brands to represent the Estate and complement the excellent existing retail offer.

“Tom Howley’s bespoke kitchens are a perfect fit for 72 Fulham Road and we are looking forward to it opening.”

Tom Howley will join an array of lifestyle and fashion stores on the Fulham Road. These include Stella McCartney, Ralph Lauren, Vilebrequin, Philipa Lepley, Francis Sultana, Christian Liaigre and OKA.

Together with an outstanding selection of bars and restaurants, this impressive occupier line-up demonstrates the popularity of this area of The South Kensington Estate.
