The latest additions to the tenant line-up represent an eclectic mix of nationalities underlining Trinity Leeds’ reputation for attracting both the ‘Best of British’ and leading international brands to the destination.

Italian fashion brand Replay has taken a 1,000 sq ft ground floor unit on a ten year lease, while American doughnut giant Krispy Kreme has agreed terms on a 260 sq ft unit, again on a ten year lease.

Joining them are leading UK menswear store Moss, which has taken 5,000 sq ft on a six year lease, and Bubbleology – the popular London ‘bubble tea’ café – which is taking 125 sq ft on a five year lease.

Located in the heart of the city centre, the £400 million Land Securities shopping centre has been instrumental in establishing Leeds as one of the top three retail destinations outside London.

Among Trinity Leeds’ superb retail and leisure mix are many internationally known brands, 65 of which are new to the city, further enhancing the centre’s reputation as a premium destination for retail and leisure operators entering one of the fastest growing markets in the UK.

Commenting on their arrival at the centre, a spokesperson for Replay said: “Trinity Leeds provides us with the perfect opportunity to introduce our outstanding ranges to a large catchment of fashion-savvy shoppers. The centre’s high footfall and unparalleled location makes it an extremely exciting new venue for us.”

Rob Jewell, Portfolio Director for Land Securities, added: “This tranche of lettings demonstrates the demand throughout the market for space in Trinity Leeds.

“We are delighted that these varied and hugely popular new brands have decided to take space in the heart of Leeds.”

JLL, Shelley Sandzer and Central Retail acted for Land Securities. Fawley Watson Booth acted for Bubbleology and Morgan Williams acted for Krispy Kreme. Replay and Moss acted for themselves.
