The popularity of rental property is on the increase in UK accounting for the attraction of people to rent property in London.

Association of Residential Letting Agents carried out a poll in which it was discovered that 71% of the landlords have seen an increasing in the renting trend over the last 12 months.

A similar survey was conducted by Association of Residential Letting Agents in the last quarter of 2009, the figure at the time just stood at 35%.

It has been on the charts for the rental property to stay in demand, said the operations manager of ARLA looking at the lack of affordability of people to buy properties.

the average age of the people to buy their first home is now 35 and it is predictable that renting will become a fashion for people more than ever now.

Also another recent research by Association of Residential Letting Agents discovered that the tenants in London have least difficulties in paying to their landlords with just 27.9 % of the group members in London having arrears on their account books as compared to 46.4 % of the UK population.
