DESCRIPTION: The site comprises of a licensed scrap metal recycling site, incorporating a weighbridge facility.
It is approached over a shared access off Whitchurch Drive, which is used in conjunction with the adjoining Civic Amenity site. There is a large area of undeveloped ground to the west of the site, presently providing a screen bund from the main road.
There are several portakabin offices on site.
