Internet and Telephone Services
Worlds End Studios is a serviced business centre which provides all the facilities a
company could need, including in house reliable and resilient internet and telephone
services. Each unit is provided with a minimum level of services and number of users which is specified per unit.
There are different service levels for the internet to suit diverse business needs. You can upgrade the service level at any time free of charge and all packages include as
standard a connection to our back up line for even more resilience. With our VoIP telephony system the programming options are vast. The service includes the option of your calls being answered in your company name by our front of house team and handled as you require.

External IP addresses £15.00 A fixed, or 'static', Public IP Address is one which is routable from the public internet and is normally used for server, router and firewall type devices (i.e. those which need to connect to the outside world).
Telephones
The studios are served by its’ own VOIP Avaya telephone system. The offices are connected using CAT 5 cabling, allowing easy relocation around the building if required.
Clients can choose their own DDI from a dedicated list of numbers. This can then be programmed in various ways to suit individual needs:
Calls answered at reception in a company name where they can either be put through to the office, alternative number, or a message can be taken as instructed by the client.
? Calls go direct to your office, with the easily activated option of diverting to another number or switchboard should you need to leave your office unattended.
? Mobile and Desktop applications that be paired with your desktop phone to enable click-to-dial and management contacts, voicemail and missed calls. Out of office hours and when reception is closed, the calls can be routed to an alternative destination of your specification.
Digital display handsets with their own DDI (which allow caller identification), voicemail facility (which can be accessed remotely), and various other functions, are provided at a cost of £30.00 per month per handset. There are engineer programming costs for initial set-up of
£75.00 for the call routing and any further changes or deletion may be charged.
Calls are charged on a per minute basis using BT Business Base Rates. An itemised bill is available at the end of each month if required. We ask for payment to be received within
7 working days. All charges are subject to
VAT.

The studios and offices are uniquely designed with their own front doors giving access off the covered galleries around the secluded courtyards. The courtyards are landscaped with covered seating areas available for casual gatherings and quite moments.
The studios have central heating, comfort cooling, electrical services and Cat 5 wiring.
Two conference rooms are available for hire and there are a number on informal meeting areas provided both internally and externally in the courtyard.
Conferencing
There are 2 conference rooms on the first floor. One has a capacity for 6 people, the other for 8 people, boardroom style or 18 arranged theatre style.
These rooms can then be opened into a 30 capacity theatre style room complete with projection screen.
They are charged at £10 per hour for the small room and £15 per hour for the large room for in house clients. There are also a number of casual seating areas of both ground and first floor levels. As well as seating in all three courtyards for use by all clients.
The conference facilities and courtyards are available for hire for meetings, parties and exhibitions for internal and external clients.
