Mailboxes
Our prestigious St Enoch Square address allows your business to enjoy the benefits of having a Glasgow G1 postcode and postal address, at a really affordable rate. Our secure Mailboxes are only £10 per month and can be accessed from 8am to 6pm every weekday and from 9am until 1pm on a Saturday.
Affordable desk space and office hire
If you are running a small business and need affordable city centre office space you'll find that we're hard to beat. We have fully equipped offices available on short or long term leases from only £150 per month.
For people who are only in the city occasionally we can also offer desk hire per day for only £15 with internet access included.
If you need to meet clients but don't have a suitable meeting room we have meeting rooms available to hire from only £10 per hour. The meeting rooms are attractively decorated and feature wireless internet access as well as a modern PC workstation. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available.
Registered Office
You can also protect the privacy of your home address by using our Registered Office service for all of your statutory documents that appear on public records.

You can hire our Meeting Rooms by the hour, by the 1/2 day, full day or by the week. The cost is £10 per hour. The meeting rooms enjoy good light and ventilation and are fully air conditioned.
As well as offering an affordable and flexible service to businesses who don't otherwise have access to their own meeting room facilities, our meeting rooms are ideal for training seminars and discrete interviews, offering a quiet and relaxing environment away from the distraction of the company office. Our Mailbox rental service is a simple and easy virtual mailbox service where you have all of your company mail sent to our city centre address that you pick up whenever you like.
Virtual Mailboxes allow small businesses and those working from home to to portray a professional image and have a prestigious city centre address without the costs involved in having a physical presence in the heart of the city. We don't use PO Box numbers in your address either, giving you the more professional looking street address instead.
All mailboxes are highly secure. You will receive your own key and can access your mail from Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm and on Saturdays from 9am until 1pm.
Mailboxes are ideal for people in the following situations:
People living or working at a temporary address. Important mail won't go missing when you change to a new address as it will always come to us.
People living in shared accommodation. If you are sharing a flat or living in a halls of residence there's always the risk that important mail could be mislaid or even stolen before you see it. A Mailbox from us will avoid this situation arising.
Are you moving away, possibly abroad? If you find that you moving abroad or away from your home address for a period of time we can take your mail and forward it onto you are regular intervals.

Registered Office Address
All Companies must by law have a registered address where official documents from HMRC, Companies House etc... can be delivered. Unfortunately your address details will be made public and will appear on websites and official documents.
This means that you open yourself to clients, and possibly even competitors, turning up at your door unannounced. Potential customers can also view where you are trading from using software like Google Maps and may not be impressed when they see that you are trading from a domestic address or an unglamorous premises, rather than an office block. Directors service address (per director of a limited company) is £5.00 per month. Registered office address is £5.00 per month.
The only additional costs will be the cost of first class postage for weekly or monthly mail forwarding.
