These prestigious air conditioned rooms are available, giving a spacious and professional environment in which to hold your meetings and enabling you to get the most from your meeting in a corporate setting thats designed with one purpose in mind: productivity. With plasma TV in the Boardroom, high speed internet access and telephone points, these rooms are the perfect place to hold a meeting or a training session and impress your current and future clients.
Our receptionists are on hand to meet and greet your clients, serve refreshments, and light lunches can be provided and supplied, by prior arrangement.
Our flexibility allows you to reserve your room by the hour, half day or day, and we will configure it to your specifications.
Available to non tenants
The meeting rooms are also available to non tenants for company conference days, reception parties, council or other professional meetings.
The Business Centre
The centre boasts CAT5 cabling throughout with a 2mb/s uncontended leased line Broadband service and a Samsung Officeserv 7200 telephone system which runs on ISDN telephone lines ensuring the best quality digital calls. Direct Dial In (DDI) telephone lines ensure corporate identity within the centre. Each workstation benefits from voice mail.
The offices are rented on a licence agreement which is less onerous than a lease. Your licence will be for three months but should you wish to cancel your agreement, one month notice would be required. Thereafter, a twelve month agreement will be drawn up and a notice period of three months would then be required.
A photocopier is located on the lower ground floor to which tenants have full access via their own code. The centre has two kitchens, one on each floor, fitted to the highest standard with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and kettles.
A stair lift is fitted for disabled access. Secretarial assistance is available.
