Edgemond Avenue site is accessed via a residential street with roadside parking. It is well connected via Elmfield Avenue which adjoins the complex. This then connects to B1448 Eachelhurst Road. Which in turn joins the A28 Tyburn Road, linking with M6 and A38 at junction 6.
To the South of the site is the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal. On its eastern side is the Cincinnati Building and another industrial site that is earmarked for residential property development.
