The Sir Francis Ley Industrial Estate is located approximately 1.5 miles south east of Derby’s city centre with the principal access being from Osmaston Road (A514) and a secondary access from Coronation Street to Castings Road at the far end of the estate.

We have made enquires of the Planning Department at Derby City Council and we are informed that the former permitted use of B2 (General industry) has automatically been reinstated.
