"We" provide this website to subscribing Commercial Property Agents and Commercial Property landlords to display properties that they are marketing. We are not commercial property agents, landlords.

Details held by us about a property do not comprise personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998. MoveHut may use the data which we hold about properties advertised to provide professional valuation services and other data services to third parties. If your property is listed for sale or rent on MoveHut you may ask us not to use some or all of the details of your property to provide such data services. In this event please write to the Data Controller, MoveHut 138 Hassell Street, Newcastle under Lyme, ST5 1BB, stating your full name and address, confirmation that you are the owner of the property upon whose instructions we are entitled to act, the full postal address of your property, the date it was placed on the market for sale or rent, and if applicable the name, address and telephone number of the agent you have instructed to market the property.

24. Payment Terms and Refunds

Payment terms for invoice payments are 14 days after the date of each invoice. The customer waives any claim to dispute invoices unless customer notifies Movehut in writing of any disputed invoices within 45 days following the date of an invoice. The resolution of such disputed invoices will be determined by Movehut in its sole discretion, and Movehut has no obligation to provide a particular remedy to customer.

25. Cancellations

A customer may cancel a service with a recurring billing obligation at any time. A cancellation means that no future invoices are raised on the customer's account after the current calendar month. The cancellation of a recurring billing service does not generate a refund - it will only stop invoices being raised in the future.

26. Payment and Minimum Age Policies

You represent and warrant to us that: (a) if you are a natural person, you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or, if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you’ve obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to your execution of this Agreement and use of FinTech Digital Platforms PLC.

27. Changes to our Policy

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
