Bray Fox Smith is a central London based property consultancy focusing on Business Space agency, Investment and Development. Formed in 2009 by founding partners Rob Bray, Patrick Fox and Paul Smith, the company has now grown significantly with the addition of Sim Khatkar, Richard Harding, James Archibald and most recently James Shillabeer. We pride ourselves in providing only director level attention to any work undertaken and advise landlords, occupiers and developers alike. Collectively the directors have over 130 years’ experience in the London and South East commercial markets, having been senior directors or partners in the ‘top 4’ international property advisory companies prior to the formation of Bray Fox Smith. We are firmly established in the market as providing a genuine alternative to both the large and local surveying practices.
