Cushman & Wakefield Instructed to Commercialise Zebra Tower

Zebra Tower is a well-known and recognisable office building in Warsaw. Its design is perfectly integrated into the city’s skyline. The Tower’s strategic location makes it easily accessible by both public transportation and automobile. There is an underground station located next to the building and several bus and tram stops are conveniently situated nearby. The underground parking lot has places for 124 vehicles.

The Tower is located directly across the street from one of the largest green areas in Warsaw. Employees will appreciate this feature during work breaks. The building itself is also “green,” since has met the requirements for a LEED certificate. The Zebra Tower is a unique asset.

The Zebra Tower currently has a capacity of 17,000 square metres of office space. An additional 5,500 square metres will be made available in the middle of next year.
