South-West London streets named most expensive

7 Most Expensive Streets in Wales and England

Hampstead Lane, Camden: The average cost of house in the sixth most expensive street is over £3,600,000.

Cedar Park Gardens, Merton: With its infamous SW19 postcode, Cedar Park Gardens is chosen as the 7th most expensive street. The average cost for a new home for you here is over £3,500.000.

Properties in central London and Kensington and Chelsea persist to draw wealthy business tycoons and celebrities. Of course, this increase in the property price in these areas ensures that it will stay the same.
