Residents of the property to rent in the Wandsworth of London borough are being pushed to state their feelings about town centre and what changes shall be introduced in it in the coming future.

New retail, employment, leisure, residential and educational opportunities have been shaped in the town centre in past years as element of a regeneration programme that is still continuing.

The Wandsworth Town Centre Partnership now wishes to set up what local people would want to observe in their town centre.

The website of statement on the council said: “The views generated by an online survey will be used to decide the priorities of the partnership board and the Wandsworth town centre manager over the next three years.”

Those residents of flats to rent in the London borough of Wandsworth and other housing in the area who take part will be entered into a prize draw for ten pairs of cinema tickets.

Tonight (February 9th), the restoration of a cemetery in the Tooting area of Wandsworth is to be the subject of illustrated talks organised by the Tooting Local History Group.
