Heating and cooling to the ground and second floor is provided by Mitsubishi heat pump systems comprising external condensers and horizontal chassis fan coil units located within the ceiling void.
Tempered fresh air supplied from the AHUs is delivered by low velocity galvanised steel ductwork via the services risers to the office floors whereby it terminates within the ceiling void to the air intake of heat pump fan coil units (FCUs) on the ground and second floors. The FCUs temper the air further before being distributed into the office space by four way blow (ground floor) and swirl type diffusers (second floor).
