Deposit
A deposit is payable prior to occupation, equivalent to between one-three months' rental, dependent on the business covenant and terms agreed.
Serviced Offices
The rent is inclusive of:
1GB internet per month, telephone handsets & 500 minutes of calls per month, business rates, water rates, HVAC climate control, lighting, electricity, buildings insurance, fire & burglar alarms, buildings & ground maintenance, and maintenance and cleaning of the communal areas.
