The building has recently been subject to a comprehensive refurbishment program which included new lighting, carpets and decoration throughout.
The offices have a dedicated entrance from Flemingate and have been divided to create a reception and two private offices together with kitchen and WC facilities on the ground floor and large open plan office on the first floor.
