LOCATION
The Property is located on the southern outskirts of the village of Upwell and immediately north of the Middle Level Main Drain. Access to the Land is via Bardyke Bank, just off the A1101, down an unsurfaced grass track which runs along the northside of the field and is maintained by Norfolk County Council. Upwell is around approximately 18 miles south-west of King's Lynn and 5 miles south of Wisbech.
