Deposit
A repairs deposit equivalent to two month's licence fee is to be paid prior to occupation of the unit.
Condition / Dilapidations
As per the standard terms of the licence, the current tenants are required to reinstate the unit to its original condition - namely, an open plan warehouse / storage unit. However, the unit can be provided in the current layout, subject to the ingoing tenant taking full responsibility for the repairing / reinstatement obligations.
