“This building is now fully let and I am pleased that these tenants have chosen to relocate their offices to Fountain Court, which is a spacious office development with good on site car parking.”

Fountain Court, is a modern office development at Almondsbury Business Park, less than a mile from Junction 16 of the M5 and only 15 minutes from Bristol city centre.

The development comprises five two storey buildings in a pleasant courtyard setting, with office suites ranging from 1,400 sq ft to 6,600 sq ft. Along with Elm House, the other office buildings on the site are Ash House, Ceder House, Oak House and Lime House.

The buildings benefit from air conditioning, double glazing, raised floors, shower facilities and WCs on all floors. The accommodation is available to rent for a term to be agreed. Alternatively the owner will also consider the sale(s) of the freehold interest.
