Movehut is One of the First to Experience The Shard’s Viewing Gallery

Posted on 9 January, 2013 by admin

In November, Movehut proudly sponsored the UJIA Young Property dinner which included an interview with Irvine Sellar, the man behind The Shard development. Following on from the success of that evening, we have been asked to be among the first to experience The Shard viewing gallery in all its glory.

On Friday 11 January at 9.30am, Movehut will have the opportunity to see the magnificent views from the viewing gallery. This is a very privileged opportunity as the gallery itself doesn’t open to the public until 1st February 2013 – with that day already being completely sold out.

The Shard stands at an impressive 310 metres high and is one of the tallest buildings in Europe. The spectacular views from the viewing gallery on floors 68, 69 and 72 will be something that no-one has experienced before as the gallery is twice as high as any other public viewing platform in London. Our very own Tim Gordon will be going along to enjoy the experience.

Speaking of his excitement, he said: “To be invited as one of the first to experience the viewing gallery in The Shard is amazing. I am honoured that Movehut was asked to be a part of this and will be taking as many pictures as I can to share this experience with our readers.”

On the day Movehut will be sharing Tim’s photographs from The Shard on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
