Any type of commercial property can be converted with the right imagination. Something that’s so simple can be transformed into a productive working environment. Even warehouse containers can be turned into living breathing contemporary offices.

When Clive Wilkinson Architects was approached by US charity, Pallotta Teamworks, back in 2002, inspiration, determination and creativity were firing on all cylinders. The firm was given a limited budget to create a new headquarters in a 47,000 sq ft warehouse and they did not disappoint.

The result is something that has to be seen to be believed. At first glance, you can truly get the feeling of an office. Each container has its own personality, catering to a variety of needs for the workers. Colourful containers stand proudly in the warehouse and are illuminated by natural light through the skylights.
