Cornerstone strengthens European Research Team with two new Appointments

Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers has stepped up its European expansion drive with two new appointments to its research team.

Michal Kapusta is joining Cornerstone as Associate Director, based at the global real estate investment manager’s Munich office, while Jo Warren will be joining the London office as Research Analyst. Both will report to Cornerstone’s Director of European Research Paul Stewart.

The appointments are the latest in a wave of senior hires which includes Jorge Duarte, who was recently appointed Director of Fund Management – Europe, and Valeria Falcone who has filled the role of Country Head of Italy.

Kapusta (above) joins Cornerstone following a three year stint as a Research and Strategy Analyst at GLL Real Estate Partners, where his involvement in the calibration of a buy-side rating system contributed to over €1.5 billion of successful transaction volumes.

Warren (below) brings a wealth of experience from her former role as a Data and Research Analyst at BNP Paribas Real Estate. In particular she brings her expertise in dealing with client reports and occupational and investment market analysis.

Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe is a subsidiary of US based Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC, which is one of the largest global real estate investment managers, with affiliate offices in the US, UK, Europe and Asia.
