The latest deal, brokered by Colliers International, sees local solicitors Leung & Co taking 1,200 sq ft on the 12th floor on a five year lease.

Leung & Co take on a variety of work including business affairs, immigration and nationality, family, properties, debt and licensing and charity law.

The letting leaves just one suite available for occupancy, offering 1,480 sq ft of good quality, open plan office accommodation with great views of the city.

Tower House is subject to on-going refurbishment of the communal areas and Nick King, of asset managers Urbina, said: “Leung & Co will be a great addition to the tenant mix at Tower House.

“They join other high profile occupiers including Immediate Media, Central Appointments and eRecruit”.

“Following our extensive refurbishment programme, it is great to see the building coming close to full capacity once again and we’re confident that the final suite will be snapped up in no time.”

Other occupiers of the building include Real Design Media, Piper Recruitment. Quote Source and Pearson.

Tower house is being marketed by joint agents Colliers International and JLL.
