Leading commercial property firm Colliers International has relocated its South West regional hub to a new HQ in the state of the art office scheme Templeback, in the heart of Bristol’s new business core.

The international real estate advisor’s new regional HQ comprises of 4,700 sq ft of Grade A office space with excellent nearby transport links and amenities including Temple Meads Railway Station, the Temple Bridge ferry stop on the Floating Harbour and Cabot Circus.
Head of office Tim Davies believes that this will allow the firm to promote environmentally friendly methods of commuting to staff members, very much in keeping with its business ethos of sustainability.
He says; “The environmental credentials of Templeback were very much a factor in our decision to move here.
“It is a prestigious landmark building that reflects the position of Colliers International in the market, and enables us to underline our commitment to Bristol’s position as European Green Capital 2015.
“We have a sustainable approach to business which is in keeping with the philosophy of all our major clients – the location of Templeback makes it accessible by sustainable means, and a high proportion of staff are choosing not to drive to work and instead are arriving by foot, cycle, bus, train and ferry.”
Recently acquired by Orchard Street Investment Management, Templeback combines Victorian architecture with cutting-edge design. The building utilises new technologies such as energy efficient boilers, high performance window glazing, photovoltaic cells and self-dimming lights as a means of diminishing its carbon footprint and keeping costs low for business tenants. As a result, it has been awarded a BREEAM “excellent” rating.
The move allows all 50 members of the Colliers International South West and South Wales team to be housed under one roof, thereby improving efficiency and contributing strongly to workplace productivity.
